SureStart Centres
SureStart Children’s Centres offer a wide range of services for families with children 0-5 years of age. They provide information, advice and support to parents/carers as well as access to early years provision, health services, family support, parental outreach and employment advice for families.
Your nearest children’s centre can provide or signpost you to the following services that are either free or have a minimal charge:
Mum2Mum Breastfeeding Peer Support
Breastfeeding Peer Suporters available to support new mums with breastfeeding. All supporters are mums who have breastfed for at least 3 months and who have had training so they can support new mums to breastfeed. For more information contact:

Home-Start Woking
Part of the national Home-Start organisation - the UK's leading family support charity. Provide volunteers to offer friendship, advice, support and practical help to families.
Jigsaw
Held once a month at the YPod in Woking, providing free second-hand clothes and toys for babies and children up to 5 years old. There is also a play area, snacks and drinks for children, and tea and coffee for parents.
Surrey Family Information Service
Provides information, advice and assistance for families, children and young people aged 0-19 years old (up to 25 years old for young people with special needs).
